About Me

I’m not a digital native, but I am attempting to learn as much as I can. I want to provide my students with and education that will prepare them for the future. I believe that technology can engage my students in the classroom and this engagement will increase their achievement.

High School:  Loomis Public School

College: Midland Lutheran College & UNK

I received my BA in Education from Midland, and I am currently

working on a Masters in Administration from UNK.

Job: I am starting my 18th year at Lexington Public Schools. I have taught 6th grade and 7th grade during those years. I spent the last two years having a lot of fun as I taught part time and worked as and Technology Integration Specialist in my building. This year I’m going to be back to full time teacher status. I will really miss the TIS job that I invested a lot of time and effort into. I will miss being able to help teachers integrate technology into their classroom, but I will continue to integrate technology into mine.
